This Refund Policy explains when payments made to VisioArt.ai may be refunded, reversed, or credited back to your account. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
VisioArt.ai subscription plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee for the initial subscription purchase.
- The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original subscription charge.
- Refund requests should be sent to support@mail.visioart.ai from the email address associated with the account.
- If a refund is approved, access to subscription benefits may be removed or limited after the refund is processed.
Unless required by law, this guarantee applies to the first subscription purchase and does not automatically apply to renewal charges, plan upgrades, add-on purchases, taxes, or third-party fees.
One-time credit packs are generally non-refundable after purchase.
- Purchased credits remain available for use according to the expiration terms shown at checkout and in your account.
- If a payment for a credit pack is reversed, disputed, or refunded, the corresponding credits may be removed from the account balance.
When a generation job fails because of a platform, worker, or provider error, VisioArt.ai may automatically return the unused credits to your balance.
- Automatic credit reversals are handled as credit restoration, not as a cash refund.
- Canceled jobs may also qualify for a credit return when the generation was not successfully completed.
- If you believe credits were not restored correctly, contact support with the job ID and account email.
Except where required by law, refunds are not provided for:
- Credits that were successfully consumed by a completed generation request.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on creative preference, stylistic differences, or prompt interpretation after a generation completed successfully.
- Charges that fall outside the 30-day subscription guarantee window.
- Partial use of subscription time, bonus credits, promotional grants, or free trial allocations.
- Service interruptions caused by third-party outages, misuse, policy violations, or account suspension under our Terms of Service.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may review the account for duplicate refunds, remove refunded credits, suspend billing-related features, or temporarily restrict the account while the dispute is investigated.
Email support@mail.visioart.ai with:
- The account email address
- The payment date
- The last four digits of the payment method, if available
- The reason for the request
- Any relevant job IDs or invoice references
We may request additional information to verify ownership of the account and the payment.
Approved refunds are typically submitted to the payment provider within 5 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
