Depending on our deployment configuration, VisioArt.ai may use analytics, attribution, and diagnostics providers such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, Umami, Ahrefs Analytics, OpenPanel, Seline, and DataFast.
These services may collect information such as page views, referral information, device and browser metadata, approximate geolocation derived from IP address, session identifiers, and interaction events. We use this information to understand product usage, debug issues, measure conversions, and improve reliability.
We also use infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, and payment service providers to operate the platform. Those providers process personal data only as needed to deliver their respective services to us.
Uploaded media files are used solely to fulfill your video generation request. We do not use your uploaded images or videos to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Files are transmitted to third-party AI model APIs (see below) only as required to complete your specific request, and are deleted from our servers immediately after processing.
Generated videos are retained in your account for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted. You may delete your generated content at any time from your dashboard.
We do not use uploaded faces or portrait photos for biometric identification, facial recognition enrollment, or the creation of persistent biometric templates.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose personal data only in the following situations:

- Uploaded media: Removed after processing is completed, except where temporary retention is technically required for delivery, recovery, abuse prevention, or troubleshooting.
- Generated outputs: Retained in your account for up to 30 days unless deleted sooner by you or removed earlier by us.
- Account and billing records: Retained for as long as needed to operate your account, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, and satisfy tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Analytics and diagnostic data: Retained according to the configuration and retention policies of the relevant service providers, or deleted earlier when no longer needed for operational analysis.
Videos generated through VisioArt.ai are owned by you. You retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over all AI-generated outputs produced using your account, subject to compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.
Some of our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we rely on contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards that are appropriate for the service relationship and the nature of the data involved.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at support@mail.visioart.ai.
If your account settings allow self-service changes or deletion actions, you may use those features directly. If you request deletion by email, we may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on the request. We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or maintain financial records.
If we send you optional marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the link included in those messages. Service-related emails about your account, billing, security, and generation jobs may still be sent when necessary to operate the platform.
VisioArt.ai is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact support@mail.visioart.ai so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
