These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VisioArt.ai, an AI-powered video generation platform operated by VisioArt. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

VisioArt.ai is a SaaS platform that enables users to generate AI-powered videos using text prompts and uploaded media files. Video generation is powered by third-party AI models including OpenAI Sora, Kling AI, and Google Veo. We do not guarantee specific output quality, style, or content, as AI-generated results may vary and may not fully match your expectations.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mail.visioart.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use VisioArt.ai. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Credits System

VisioArt.ai uses a credit-based system for video generation:

• Credits are purchased in packages or included with subscription plans.
• Each generation request consumes a defined number of credits based on video length, resolution, and model used.
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed, regardless of the generation outcome.
• Subscription credits refresh on your billing date and expire at the end of that billing cycle. Purchased credit packages expire 365 days after purchase.

Content Policy

You agree not to use VisioArt.ai to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic.
• Depicts minors in a harmful or sexualized manner.
• Infringes on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred toward individuals or groups.
• Is misleading, defamatory, or constitutes harassment.

We reserve the right to remove any generated content that violates this policy and to terminate accounts engaged in repeated violations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to probe, scan, exploit, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.
• Attempt to access accounts, credits, payment methods, models, prompts, outputs, or systems that you are not authorized to use.
• Circumvent rate limits, billing controls, feature restrictions, moderation controls, or account enforcement actions.
• Use automated scripts, scraping, or other abusive behavior in a manner that materially harms platform stability or other users.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created or rights-cleared where such representation would be deceptive, unlawful, or infringing.

Intellectual Property

Generated videos belong to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the copyright to all videos generated through your account and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

VisioArt.ai retains all rights to the platform, its software, interface, branding, and underlying technology. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the VisioArt.ai platform.

You represent that any media you upload for use in generation does not infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any input material.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:

• AI-generated results will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Any particular AI model will remain available, as third-party providers may change their APIs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisioArt.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise act in a manner harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your generated content and credits will no longer be accessible.

Governing Law and Disputes

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law, disputes relating to the service, payments, refunds, or these Terms should first be raised with support@mail.visioart.ai so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the laws and procedures that apply to the contracting entity operating VisioArt.ai for your account or region.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
