Troubleshooting Guide

Common issues and solutions when generating AI videos with VisioArt

Common Issues and Solutions

Generation Failed

Your video generation may fail for several reasons. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Review your prompt: Remove any prohibited or nonsensical content. Keep prompts clear and descriptive.
  2. Try a different model: Some prompts work better with specific models. If Kling fails, try Wan 2.6 for a faster general route, Veo 3.1 for realism, or Seedance for a more stylized result.
  3. Simplify the prompt: Overly complex prompts with conflicting instructions can cause failures. Break your idea into simpler parts.
  4. Check service status: Occasionally, upstream model providers experience downtime. Wait a few minutes and retry.

If the generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded.

Low Quality Output

If the generated video looks blurry, distorted, or lacks detail:

  1. Add more detail to your prompt: Specify textures, materials, lighting conditions, and camera angles.
  2. Include style keywords: Add terms like "high detail," "sharp focus," "photorealistic," or "cinematic lighting."
  3. Avoid generic descriptions: Replace "a city" with "a neon-lit Tokyo street at night with wet reflections on the pavement."
  4. Try a different model: Each model has strengths. Kling excels at realism, while other models may handle stylized content better.

Unexpected Results

When the output does not match your intent:

  1. Be more specific: Instead of "something magical," describe exactly what you see: "golden particles spiraling upward from an open book."
  2. Reduce abstract language: Models interpret literal descriptions more reliably than metaphors.
  3. Specify what to exclude: If you are getting unwanted elements, restructure your prompt to focus only on desired content.
  4. Use image-to-video: Upload a reference image to give the model a concrete starting point.

Slow Generation

Generation times vary by model and server load.

  1. Try Wan AI: It typically offers faster generation times compared to other models.
  2. Use shorter durations: 3-5 second clips generate significantly faster than longer ones.
  3. Avoid peak hours: Generation may be slower during high-traffic periods.
