AI Tools Guide
Complete overview of all VisioArt AI tools and when to use each one
Overview
VisioArt currently exposes eight primary creation tools across video generation, image generation, image editing, remixing, and delivery optimization. Each route is accessible from your dashboard and draws from the same shared credit balance.
Video Effects remain available as a separate curated template library. This guide focuses on the primary workbench tools you can configure directly inside the dashboard.
Primary Tools
1. AI Video Generator
The multi-model entry point for prompt-led video generation. Use it when you want to compare frontier video models such as Veo, Kling, Sora, Wan, and Seedance inside one workspace.
Best for: evaluating multiple video models, prompt iteration, choosing the right quality/speed tradeoff Input: text prompt, optional reference image depending on model Output: MP4 video
2. Image to Video
Animate any still photo into a dynamic video clip. The AI analyzes the content of your image and adds realistic motion that fits the scene. Ocean waves roll, hair moves in the wind, and faces come to life with subtle expression.
Best for: portraits, landscapes, product photography, social media content Input: image file (JPG, PNG) Output: MP4 video
3. Text to Video
Generate a video directly from a written description with no source image required. Describe a scene, set a mood, and choose a model. VisioArt handles the rest.
Best for: concept visualization, b-roll footage, social ads, creative exploration Input: text prompt Output: MP4 video
4. AI Photo to Video
An enhanced photo animation pipeline optimized for human subjects. It produces more natural character movement than standard Image to Video, including walking, gesturing, and facial expressions.
Best for: people portraits, AI avatars, digital influencer content, character animation Input: image file Output: MP4 video
5. Video to Video
Transform an existing video by applying a new style, visual effect, or character treatment while preserving the underlying timing and motion path.
Best for: video remixing, style transfers, motion reuse, brand consistency Input: video file (MP4), optional reference image Output: MP4 video
6. AI Image Editor
Edit, expand, relight, clean up, or recompose still images before sending them into downstream video or design workflows.
Best for: prompt-based retouching, outpainting, cleanup, composition changes Input: text prompt, optional image upload Output: image (PNG/JPG/WebP depending on route)
7. Text to Image
Generate high-quality still images from a text description. Use the results directly or feed them into Image to Video for a two-stage workflow.
Best for: thumbnails, concept art, product mockups, social media graphics Input: text prompt Output: image (JPG/PNG)
8. Video Compression
Reduce the file size of any video without sacrificing noticeable quality. Optimized for common sharing destinations.
Best for: Discord uploads, email attachments, social media, web embedding Input: video file (MP4) Output: compressed MP4
Quick Comparison
| Tool | Primary Input | Main Job | Pricing Behavior |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Video Generator | Text, optional image | Compare and run frontier video models | Varies by model, duration, and selected route |
| Image to Video | Image | Animate a still into motion | Usually higher on premium video models |
| Text to Video | Text, optional image | Generate video from a prompt | Varies by model, duration, and output settings |
| AI Photo to Video | Image | Human-focused photo animation | Varies by selected model |
| Video to Video | MP4, optional image | Restyle or remix existing motion | Varies by workflow |
| AI Image Editor | Text, optional image | Prompt-based edits and cleanup | Usually lower than premium video routes |
| Text to Image | Text | Generate stills and keyframes | Often the lowest-cost creation route |
| Video Compression | MP4 | Reduce file size for delivery | Utility pricing, lower than generation routes |
Video outputs are delivered as MP4 files and generally support 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1. Image-generation and image-editing routes support additional aspect ratios such as 4:3, 3:4, 3:2, and 2:3. Credits now vary by model, workflow, duration, and output settings, so use the live estimator before you submit.
