How to get support, report issues, and find answers in the VisioArt community
Support Channels
VisioArt offers several ways to get help depending on the urgency and nature of your issue.

Support hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC. Emails sent outside these hours are queued and answered on the next business day within the stated SLA.
Self-Service Resources
Before opening a support ticket, check these resources — most common questions are answered here:
- FAQ: Available on the pricing page, covering plan comparisons, credit usage, and refund policy.
- Docs search: Use the search bar at the top of this documentation site to find answers instantly.
- Generation history: Your Dashboard → History page logs every generation with status codes and error messages that help diagnose issues.
Common Issues and Fixes
Generation Failed
- Check that your prompt is between 10 and 1,000 characters. Very short or empty prompts are rejected.
- Try a different AI model — some models are better suited to specific content types.
- Reduce prompt complexity: remove contradictory instructions (e.g., "slow motion" combined with "explosive fast action").
- If the issue persists across multiple models, check the VisioArt status page for any active incidents.
Video Quality Is Low
- Add more descriptive language to your prompt: specify lighting conditions, camera angle, subject detail, and visual style.
- Use style modifier keywords such as "cinematic 4K", "hyperrealistic", or "golden hour lighting".
- Upgrade to a higher-tier model (e.g., Veo 3.1 or Sora 2) for photorealistic output.
Credits Not Updating After Purchase
- Refresh the page — credit balances update in real time but may require a manual reload.
- Check your email for a payment confirmation. If you received a receipt but credits did not appear within 5 minutes, contact support with the transaction ID.
- Verify your billing status in Settings → Billing to ensure the payment was not declined.
Login Issues
- Use the OAuth login (Sign in with Google) if you have forgotten your password — this bypasses the password requirement entirely.
- Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to trigger a reset email.
- If your account shows as suspended or banned, contact support@mail.visioart.ai with your account email address.
Feature Requests
Follow @visioart_ai on X (Twitter) to vote on upcoming features, participate in polls, and get early access announcements.
Feature requests are tracked publicly. You can submit ideas by replying to feature threads on X or sending a detailed description to support@mail.visioart.ai with the subject line "Feature Request".
