Create your VisioArt account, verify email, and set up your profile
Getting Started with VisioArt
Setting up your VisioArt account takes less than five minutes. Follow the steps below to go from registration to your first AI video generation.
Create Your Account
Visit visioart.ai and click Get Started. You have two options:
- Email & Password — Enter your email address, choose a secure password, and click Create Account.
- OAuth (Google) — Click the Google button to sign in instantly with your existing account. No password required.
OAuth sign-in is the fastest way to get started. Your VisioArt profile is pre-filled with your name and avatar from your connected account.
Verify Your Email
If you registered with email and password, check your inbox for a verification email from VisioArt. Click the Verify Email button in the message.
- The link expires after 24 hours. If it has expired, visit Settings → Profile and click Resend Verification Email.
- OAuth users are automatically verified — no email confirmation step is needed.
Some video generation features are locked until your email is verified. Complete this step before starting your first project.
Complete Your Profile
After verification, navigate to Settings → Profile to finish setting up your account:
- Display Name — Enter the name shown on your dashboard and generation history.
- Avatar — Upload a profile photo (JPG, PNG, under 2 MB) or keep the auto-generated avatar.
- Bio — Optional. Add a short description if you plan to share your generations publicly.
Click Save Changes when done.
Configure Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications to choose how VisioArt keeps you informed:
- Email notifications — Receive an email when a video generation completes or fails.
- In-app alerts — Get real-time status updates inside the dashboard.
Generation jobs typically finish in under 60 seconds, but email notifications are useful for longer queues.
Buy Credits or a Plan
To buy credits or subscribe, open the Pricing page, or click Upgrade Your Plan in Settings → Billing, and choose a plan or a one-time credit pack. You enter your payment details on the payment provider's secure checkout page, not on VisioArt.
- New accounts receive 10 free credits on sign-up, and the daily check-in adds a few more. Costs vary by model and settings: a default run of the lowest-cost image model uses 1 credit, and of the lowest-cost video model 25 credits.
- You are only charged when you complete a checkout. Once you have a plan, Manage plan and billing in Settings → Billing opens the billing portal, where you can update your payment details or cancel.
Consider the Pro plan if you expect recurring generation volume. At $49.90 per month for 1,800 credits (up to 72 videos at 25 credits each), it costs less per credit than the Creator plan. See the Pricing page for current plans and credit packs.
